Welcome to iLoveMyPlug.com (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), purchasing event tickets, or ordering apparel, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before making any purchase.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, using, or placing an order through this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.


2. Ticket Sales – Concerts & Festivals

We are a platform that sells tickets on behalf of third-party event organizers, venues, or promoters. By purchasing a ticket, you are entering into a contractual agreement with the event organizer, and you agree to adhere to all event-specific terms and policies.


3. All Ticket Sales Are Final – No Refunds or Exchanges

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Change in personal plans or scheduling conflicts
  • Weather-related interruptions or delays
  • Illness, emergencies, or transportation issues
  • Changes in event lineup, venue, or timing
  • Dissatisfaction with the event experience

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will typically remain valid for the new date. Refunds are only issued if the event is officially canceled and the organizer explicitly authorizes refunds.

We do not refund any service, delivery, or processing fees under any circumstances.


4. Event Cancellations

If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, we will attempt to contact you with information regarding potential refunds, at the discretion of the event organizer. If authorized, we will process refunds to the original form of payment, excluding all non-refundable fees.


5. Entry to Events

Entry is subject to each venue’s policies and the event organizer’s discretion. You may be denied entry for:

  • Failure to present valid ticket(s)
  • Not meeting age restrictions (e.g., 18+ or 21+ events)
  • Violating venue rules or dress codes
  • Intoxication or disorderly behavior

No refunds will be issued if entry is denied for any reason.


6. Ticket Delivery

Tickets may be delivered electronically, by mail, or available at will-call, depending on the event. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information and ensure ticket receipt before the event date.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Unusable Tickets

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Reissuing tickets is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and the event organizer’s policies.


8. Apparel Sales – No Returns or Exchanges

We also offer a selection of apparel and merchandise through the Site. All merchandise sales are final and non-returnable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items received.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof to request a replacement. We do not offer refunds on apparel orders.

Sizes and colors are displayed as accurately as possible, but variations may occur depending on your screen and device settings.


9. Shipping & Delivery (Apparel)

We ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on demand, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for delivery issues.


10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Reselling tickets in violation of applicable laws
  • Using bots or automated tools to purchase tickets
  • Disrupting or damaging the Site or interfering with its operation

Violation of these terms may result in cancellation of your orders and permanent banning from the platform.


11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, lost profits, or any indirect or incidental damages resulting from:

  • Your attendance at an event
  • Use of our Site or merchandise
  • Technical issues or service interruptions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your ticket or merchandise purchase.


12. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of GEORGIA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
